Since 2011, EAMC has focused on the special research of molded fiber lid forming technology. After more than ten years of continuous testing, iterative optimization and practical verification, it has accumulated a large number of exclusive molding data and industry application experience. Breaking the general production mode of the industry, the company does not rely on ordinary equipment and common processes, and has developed a complete set of exclusive production technology system unique to EAMC, which is fundamentally different from the traditional and homogenized molded fiber production technology on the market.
EAMC’s unique exclusive process covers the whole production process, including exclusive raw material fiber ratio technology, customized pulping process, special pulping pipeline fluid design, unique precision mold structure scheme, exclusive full-set temperature and pressure forming parameters, and customized intelligent control system adjustment logic. Formed through long-term independent research and development, the whole process is highly unique and exclusive, and difficult for peers to copy and imitate.
Through EAMC’s exclusive raw material formula process, the interweaving structure of plant fibers is accurately optimized to improve slurry uniformity and molding density. Without plastic, coating or lamination, the molded fiber cups and lids feature delicate and smooth original surface and pure texture, effectively avoiding common industry defects such as rough surface, loose structure, messy lines and various blemishes of traditional fiber products.
Relying on the exclusive pulping pipeline and fluid control system technology, the slurry concentration, flow rate and molding state are stably controlled, ensuring uniform thickness and high molding consistency of each batch of molded fiber products, and greatly improving the stability of mass production.
Combined with EAMC’s exclusive precision mold design and forming parameter system, the equipment can stably produce molded fiber lids with high-gloss and flat surface, free of ripples, indentations and water marks. The integrated buckle structure of the lid is shaped by exclusive mold logic, with regular structure, accurate clamping and good fitting performance, showing excellent leakage-proof and drop-proof effects, suitable for all kinds of hot and cold beverage packaging scenarios.
With customized intelligent control process adjustment, the whole processes including wet blank transfer, pressure forming, constant temperature curing and demolding are finely matched to reduce mass production fluctuations. High-grade molded fiber cups and lids can maintain stable good product performance during continuous large-scale production.
Supported by EAMC’s unique exclusive technology and independent high-end servo equipment, all finished cups and lids are plastic-free, coating-free and PFAS-free. Made of safe and reliable materials, the products are naturally biodegradable, fully compliant with domestic and international food contact safety and environmental protection standards.
