Pulp molding project mainly produce environmental protection food and industrial packaging products, major involving in the industry of degradable molded plant fiber environmental protection packaging product. Environmental protection food packaging product is mainly environmental protection tableware(tableware packages). Evolved to today’s development, the industrial packaging product is mainly exquisite industrial packages. Those two packaging products are both mold drying molded plant fiber(pulp) products.
The forming of molded pulp product are divided into two methods: mold drying pulp molding method and nature drying pulp molding method. Accordingly, the product made by these two methods are called mold drying molded pulp product and nature drying molded pulp product.
Mold drying molded pulp products is made by pulp with certain density and suitable additives, after suck-filter forming process, it is dried directly in hot pressing forming molds.
Nature drying molded pulp product is made by pulp with certain density and suitable additives, after suck-filter forming process, the wet product is separated from molds and dried naturally by oven or wind to certain degree , then put into molds again to shape.
Mold drying molded pulp product is produced in molding machine for pulp molding products by mold drying method.
In aspect of product accuracy and surface smoothness, mold drying molded pulp product is better than nature drying molded pulp product.
Molding machine for pulp molding products by mold drying method is an exclusive manufacture equipment which use plant fiber(pulp) as raw material, after suck-filter forming and drying process in hot pressing forming molds, producing molded plant fiber(pulp) products.
Started from the 1990s, due to white pollutants ban issued by the Ministry of Railways, China began to develop molding machine for pulp molding products by mold drying method. In 1992, Ministry of Light Industry Hangzhou Machinery Research Institute started the research of molding machine for pulp molding products by mold drying method as a pioneer. After more than 10 years’ production practice, the technology and product experienced constant innovating and upgrading. At present, it has gained relatively great achievement, widely promoted the implement of paper tableware and paper packaging products across the country, at the same time, stepping forward the industry of molded plant fiber environmental protection packaging product, but mainly focus on manual equipment.
At present, the mold drying plant fiber molding production line used to produce environmental protection tableware products in our country is still manual equipment or manual equipment with mechanical arm. It is a kind of simple rude automation. But there are a few manufacturers who use full automatic plant fiber molding production lines. Mainly problems as below:
(1) Low capacity. Existing domestic plant fiber molding environmental protection tableware manufacturers mainly focus on direct pressure type manual plant fiber molding production line.
(2) High labor intensity, bad working environment. The labors should work in up to 40 degrees high-temperature plant all by hand.
(3) Product quality can’t be guaranteed. Because all links need labour to operate, labour operation proficiency directly affects product quality.
(4) Low safety factor. Adopting direct pressure type manual plant fiber molding production line, proceeding with hand workshop production model easily causes safety accident.
(5) Bad product sanitary environment. Because the use of manual plant fiber molding production line, every links rely on human hands touch products to finish production, inspection, counting and packaging. Existing manufacturers of manual plant fiber molding production line have high liquidity in employee workers. After 8-12 hours working besides high-temperature machines, lots of sweat flowing from workers’ body will stick on the tableware and dirt the product. Ultraviolet disinfection for a few second is only in effect on single side of the product, another side of the product can not be disinfected. Product packages are stacked together, thus, the disinfection is useless. After ultraviolet disinfection, the products still need to be counted and packaged, which will cause second pollution.
(6) Low product strength. Domestic plant fiber molding equipment mainly use air cylinder direct pressing the products with low clamping force and low product density. The full automatic plant fiber molding production line equipment system adopted in this project has higher pressure, the products produced are with high density and good strength.
Lots of manpower and material resources were put into the developing work of plant fiber molding products. In recent 2 years, with the growing demand of plant fiber molding environmental protection tableware in Europe, America, Japan, Korea, etc., molded plant fiber products are widely applied in all kinds of industry, as well as pushing forward by national policy, this industry is developing rapidly. At present, this industry urgently needs full automatic plant fiber molding product line equipment with high capacity and stable performance to solve the problem existed by its unique technology.
(1) Adopting full automatic, high productivity, no human contact, low energy cost plant fiber molding production line.
(2) Producing special paper board for plant fiber molding environmental protection tableware with good hygienic condition and performance, and plant fiber without fluorescent brightener.

The plant fiber environmental protection packaging industry in our country is developed with fast speed even though it starts up late. The current problem faced is imbalance development.
