Molded plant fiber products, which is also named molded fiber products or molded pulp products , mainly applies in food packaging field as tableware packages and industrial packaging field as industrial packages. In fact, pulp molding essence is a kind of stereo paper making technology, its application fields not only include tableware packages and industrial packages. For example, molded pulp stereo wall paper belongs to construction and decoration field, molded fiber cattle and sheep plug belongs to animal husbandry field, molded fiber clothes hanger or shoe pad belongs to clothes manufacturing industry. molded fiber products are stepping over industry limits.
However, current molded fiber products mainly including tableware packages and industrial packages, they are degradable plant fiber molded environmental protection packaging product. molded fiber tableware package is also environmental protection food packaging product including meal box, instant noodle bowl, plate, cup, tray, clean vegetable fresh dish, etc., all belong to degradable plant fiber molded environmental protection food packaging containers.
Degradable molded fiber environmental protection packaging product is stereo paper product made by original recyclable paper materials such as fast-growing plant fiber paper cardboard (bagasse residue, wheat grass, wheat straw, bamboo, etc.) or waste paper. All kinds of different shape semi-finished products make use of unique technology adding special additives, which including paper sheet perfusion to stereo mold via special treatment and vacuum dehydration, then molding and forming into shapes with customized mold.

II, Quality standard
molded fiber tableware package products quality standard carries out 《Disposable degradable tableware general technical standard》, while molded fiber tableware production line mainly carries out industrial standard 《paper pulp(plant fiber)molded disposable tableware production line》 issued on July 09, 2014 and implemented on November 01, 2014.
In order to meet quality requirement of export sales, products in this project should also at the same time in accordance with America FDA, Europe SGS, Japan Ministry of Health food packaging hygienic standards.
III, Product main application fields
molded fiber environmental protection packaging product is a kind of new green packaging material, widely used in many inner and outer packaging of industrial products including food, agriculture, home appliance, medicine and health products, industrial building material, military industries, etc.
1, Environmental protection food packaging
Except for tableware, many edible semi-finished products, cooked products and
convenient foods such as clean vegetable tray, instant noodle bowl, etc., can also use environmental protection packaging. Environmental protection packaging product is not only convenient and efficient for use, but also clean, sanitary and recyclable which meet the demand of environmental protection and human body health requirement. It becomes international recognized practice to use environmental protection paper base material in food packaging.
2, Environmental protection medicine and health products packaging
The biggest shortcoming of traditional medical devices in use is incomplete disinfectant, thus easily cause cross-infection. By using the environmental protection product in this project like disposable tray, spittoon, bed pan, body mat, splint, etc., not only saves labor cost and without disinfectant link, but also it is non-toxic without side effects. Besides, the wastes can be incinerated directly, which brings lots of conveniences to medical care.
3, Environmental protection home appliance and commodity packaging
At present, most domestic electric appliances use foamed plastic as support lining.
But nowadays, products packed in this way is forbidden to export abroad, the lining packaging must be in step with the advocate “use paper replaces plastic”. Paper molded pulp lining is flexible with high buffer force, and the production process is easy and environmental friendly. This kind of products are strongly adaptable with huge productive potential.
4, Environmental protection industrial building material packaging
Some industrial product inner outer packaging and building materials need to have
higher intensity and compression stress, some need to have certain softness and flexibility, so that they can adapt to multiple aspects of gravity impact and pressure demand. Due to original physical strength and characteristic of plant fiber, paper molded environmental protection industrial building material packaging have obvious advantages in stiffness, intensity, tear strength, bending strength, anti-static protection, etc. They are massive applied in strong transportation packaging, industrial product support lining, fragile product septum, plant fiber environmental protection ceiling, etc.
5, Environmental protection military industrial and special products packaging
Military product should avoid crushing, electrostatic, moisture environmental. The packaging, transportation, storage process need to be extremely careful. The paper molded materials produced in this project bear high plasticity and are moisture resistant and anti-static; when adding special additives, they are anti shallow radiation. Apply them to packaging linings of ammunition, explosive, gunpowder, etc., can largely reduce danger in military product management.
In addition, paper molded environmental protection packaging material largely expands its application by adding different additives, using inner paper sizing technology in order to show different professional performances with different materials. Those professional performances including water and moisture resistance, oil proof and heat insulation, anti-static, anti slight radiation.
