Classification of pulp molding process 纸浆模塑工艺分类

Pulp molding is also known as plant fiber molding, it is a processing method of plant fiber pulp through special molds into various molding products. There are mainly dry pressure methods and wet pressure methods.

Dry pressure method pulp molding process, is a process of pulp with a certain concentration of slurry, add an appropriate amount of additives, through adsorption molding to form wet paper mold, wet paper mold billet from the mold into the drying road (mold drying), and then hot pressure shaping after the drying products.

Wet pressure pulp molding process, is a certain concentration of pulp, add an appropriate amount of additives, through the adsorption to form wet paper mold, wet paper mold is transferred to the hot pressure molding mold for drying (mold drying), to produce molded pulp products.

At present, the production of food packaging, delicate high-end industrial packaging and other paper molding products, mostly use wet pressure pulp molding process. The production of low-end egg support fruit support and simple industrial packaging products using dry pressure pulp molding process. In recent years, wet pressure pulp molding process has been widely used in the production of various paper molding products.

This chapter mainly takes a factory producing plant fiber as an example, and introduces the production process, equipment selection and factory design.
